Using AnyDesk with Rightfully

Rightfully connects to your European Amazon Seller Central account via scheduled AnyDesk sessions due to Amazon's VAT tax rules for EU accounts. This practice ensures your account safety and ID privacy.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Download and Install AnyDesk:

  Visit AnyDesk's official website (https://anydesk.com/) and download the version compatible with your operating system. Follow the prompts to install it.

2. Schedule Your AnyDesk Session:

   Schedule a session with the Rightfully team using the booking calendar link and provide your AnyDesk address in the designated field.

3. Prepare and Connect at Your Session Time:

   Prior to your scheduled session, log into your Seller Central account. Then, open AnyDesk and accept the connection request from Rightfully at the session time.

Note: If you have an existing secondary user account linked to your ID, you can provide those credentials instead of using AnyDesk.
